The Sidrap project, a 75 MW wind farm in South Sulawesi, Indonesia, is the first offshore greenfield investment of AC Energy, in partnership with UPC Renewables Indonesia Ltd. The project broke ground in 2016 and was developed by PT UPC Sidrap Bayu Energi. In March 2018, it commenced commercial operations as the first utility-scale wind farm project in Indonesia.

The project consists of 30 units of 2.5 MW Gamesa G114-meter diameter Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) and is connected to the 150 kV Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) Sidrap-Maros transmission line locate 3kms away from the wind farm’s substation.
