• Alternative Learning System Scholarship is a free adult education and secondary school equivalency program implemented by the Department of Education. The program provides a viable alternative to the existing formal education instruction, encompassing both the non-formal and informal sources of knowledge and skills.
• Technical Education and Skills Development Authority Training Program is an apprenticeship program of the Bureau of Local Employment and National Manpower and the Youth Council of the Department of Labor and Employment to provide manpower development through quality technical-vocational education and skills development training system.
• Entrepreneurship Scholarship Program helps individuals develop the technical and business skills relevant to being a successful entrepreneur.
South Luzon Thermal Energy and GNPower Kauswagan support Brigada Eskwela. Employee volunteers and contractors work together to repair and clean public elementary schools in nearby communities. This yearly program helps provide a clean learning environment for students every school year.
North Luzon Renewables’ Education Program provides financial assistance for college students from families of Yapayao Tribe and residents from Barangays Caparispisan and Pagudpud.
