Calaca, Batangas
South Luzon Thermal Energy Corporation (SLTEC) is a wholly owned* subsidiary of AC Energy Corporation (ACEN). The company owns and operates a 2 x 122 MW circulating fluidized bed thermal plant in Calaca, Batangas, with the first unit commencing operations in April 2015, followed by the second unit in February 2016. SLTEC operates as a baseload plant supplying the power demand of Luzon.

Bataan
GNPower Mariveles Coal Plant, a component of AC Energy’s AA Thermal platform, is a partnership of AC Energy, AboitizPower subsidiary Therma Power and Power Partners. The 632-MW power plant started commercial operations in February 2014 and has since been providing competitively priced baseload power to several distribution utilities.
Mindanao
GNPower Kauswagan is a subsidiary of AC Energy in partnership with the Philippine Investment Alliance for Infrastructure Fund and Power Partners. The construction of the plant is in full swing and is expected to be in commercial operation by 2019. The 552 MW plant will operate as a baseload plant to support the power demand and economic development of Mindanao.
